How to Upgrade your Plan or Increase Your Limit:

If you have received a message that you need to upgrade to a higher limit plan, please e-mail us at support@backuphelp.com or use the live chat button above. Please include your name, account number and plan you would like us to upgrade to. Once received we will change your configuration at the data center and send a confirmation email. If you are not sure which plan to choose you can find your current limit and total file selection by opening The BackUp Solution and click on the Backup View tab. After the scan completes you will see your Total Selection and Backup Limit displayed. Choose a plan that will provide sufficient storage for the Total Selection of your backup.
