Description:

Many users require a data only backup to protect the important files on their computer. In the case of a deleted or overwritten file you can easily restore the file from the online data center at any time of the day. In the case of a computer failure you would need to reinstall your applications and then retrieve your data back from the data center. The benefit of this method is that any prior problems related to the computer will not be restored and your computer will be running optimally after completion. Data only backups allows either automatic or manual file selection and in addition you can modify the backup set to your particular needs as required.

Mapped network drives may also be included in the backup for all plans except the 4 GB level. Contact us for more information.

If you are unsure of the amount of data you have on your computer we recommend the 10 GB service for most clients. Once the online data backup software is installed you can check the size of your backup in the Backup View. If you find that you need a different size you can email us and we can change your service to the different level.
