1. Using MyRoam to retrieve remote backup data files
You can retrieve your backup files from any computer by going to https://myaccount-ab.connected.com/. For European data center clients, the site is https://myaccount-eu.connected.com/.
To log in, enter your account number or email address and then enter your account password.
To select files, click the box in front of the file(s) and/or folder(s) that you want to retrieve. When you have completed your selections a zip file will be created which you can then download to an computer and extract.
2. Selecting Older Files with MyRoam
Retrieve View defaults to displaying the most recent version of your files. In order to see older versions, click Retrieve Options (bottom of the screen) and select the view that you want. A description of each of the options can be found by clicking the Help button.
