The pricing for LiveVault includes a low cost per server monitoring fee plus fee based on the amount of protected data.
Your LiveVault account is monitored 24/7 from the data center and you are notified of any errors, server disconnected, status reports, etc. If there are any issues detected with your backup, Iron Mountain support technicians will notify you and automatically request the data to be reseeded from your server. Compare this with the competition which only provides for automated email programs to send notices from your server. If your server is offline, the software fails or your internet connection is down you will not know that your backups are failing.
Our LiveVault service includes options for 90 day, 1 year and 7 year retentions with pricing as follows:
