Our PC/Mac Online Backup solution has been used for over 10 years and deployed on millions of computers worldwide. We are confident in the reliability of the backups and guarantee that you will be able to recover your data. If we are unable to recover data from your PC or Mac that has been backed up and is currently stored at the data centers, we will refund all license and maintenance fees paid within the last twelve month period prior to such failure or $1,000 US Dollars, whichever is less.
